Fit4Baby® (8 Weeks)

Fit4Baby® prenatal fitness classes are designed specifically for pregnant moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin classes at any point during your pregnancy as the prenatal workouts are designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute virtual and in person workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training. Each class ends with a relaxing meditation. Enjoy some moments of peaceful meditation at the end of class, allowing you special time to connect with your baby. Expecting mothers are able to connect during classes while preparing for labor, delivery, and meeting their little one.

Our prenatal virtual workouts are held Tuesdays 7:30-8:30p via Zoom only and Thursdays 7:30-8:30p via Zoom or in Person at Fit on Main in Carrboro. Your session includes:
  • Two Fit4Baby® classes / week
  • Unlimited access to all recorded session classes
  • Weekly emailed content with prenatal wellness tips
You can join a session ANYTIME; you do not need to wait until the next session to begin. Your session can also be prorated based on your due date. Email Cassie Clark at cassieclark@fit4mom.com for help with a prorated session.
