Prenatal Classes

Prenatal Fitness Class Fit4Baby®

Fit4Baby® prenatal fitness classes are designed specifically for pregnant moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin classes at any point during your pregnancy as the prenatal workouts are designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training. Each class ends with a relaxing meditation. Enjoy some moments of peaceful meditation at the end of class, allowing you special time to connect with your baby. Expecting mothers are able to connect during classes while preparing for labor, delivery, and meeting their little one.

Our prenatal workouts meet on Sundays 9-10a at the Women's Birth and Wellness Center and Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm at Fleet Feet Sports Carrboro. Your first class is FREE!

Mom & Me Classes

Mommy & Me Stroller Strides® Workout Class

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun!

Mommy & Me Stroller Barre® Workout Class

A unique blend of barre, pilates, yoga, and ballet combined with all the things you love about Stroller Strides! The country's only stroller-based barre class!

Stroller Strides® Family Workout Class

Every month, we have a family Stroller Strides® workout! Bring your partner and older kids along for our family workout class!

Women's Body Back® Fitness Program (8 Weeks)

High Intensity Interval Training Body Back Boost®

Body Back® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. HIIT workouts are a form of interval training alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Not suitable during pregnancy.

Women's Run Club

Our women's Run Club in Chapel Hill and Carrboro is open to ALL running levels, from beginner to advanced. No running experience required! Whether you want to learn how to run, train for a race, run farther, run faster, simply run for fun, we have options for you! Meet new running buddies as you improve your health and fitness. Routes are stroller friendly if you want or need to bring your kiddo along for the ride. Our running coaches will help you improve your health and fitness, and connect with other women runners. Our coaches plan two route options for you to choose from and upload them to our shared FIT4MOM Chapel Hill group on the free app "RunGo". Look for our big RUN CLUB flag to find our group. We were all at our first run once, and we are ready to greet you and help you feel welcome!

Join your fellow mamas for monthly Mom's Night Out events! We've done painting, stand-up paddle boarding, make up lessons, ceramics, comedy shows, dinner / drinks, recipe shares, spin classes, and so much more! Events vary each month and are open to ALL!
