We start gradually and build up to 4 miles! You'll learn effective running form, breathing techniques, fueling for longer runs, best practices for injury prevention, and more. Weekly training emails will keep you motivated, progressing towards your goals, and learning key running tips. Group runs on Sundays at 8:00a meeting at Wilson Park in Carrboro. Your complete training program will be provided by your run coach. Strollers are welcome to training runs.
