Do you ever dream of making it across the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Do you need help staying motivated to run? Are you looking to get stronger and fitter? Then join our 6-week Running for Beginners program! We start gradually and build up to a 5K or 4 mile race! Group runs meet Sundays at 8:00a at Wilson Park in Carrboro.
