We're excited to have you join us for this 30 minute virtual workout that is the perfect cardio-based cross-training complement to Run Club, Body Well, or Stroller Strides / Barre. Bodyweight conditioning is performed between cardio sets for strength and stamina. You'll find yourself stronger, fitter, and faster the more you attend!
