Get your quick feet moving with a NEW class designed to increase your endurance while developing your speed, agility, and quickness. Training your body to perform with precision between aerobic steady-state and breathlessness is hard to do, but you'll master it in this class. This 60-minute workout is the perfect cardio-based cross-training complement to Run Club, Body Back, or Stroller Strides / Barre. Bodyweight conditioning is performed between cardio sets for strength and stamina. You'll find yourself stronger, fitter, and faster the more you attend! This class is great for any woman looking to add a cardio and conditioning workout to her schedule.

Children can attend this mom-focused workout but must be securely strapped into their stroller.
