Body Boost® HIIT Workout

Body Boost® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. HIIT workouts are a form of interval training alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Every class ends with a relaxing, mindful meditation.

Not suitable during pregnancy. Please adhere to our health and safety protocol:
  • Class is limited to 24 participants. Pre-registration is required.
  • Wait list available with automatic enrollment if a space opens.
  • If you need to cancel your registration, please un-enroll by 8p the night prior. $5 late cancelation fee applies beyond un-enrollment window.
  • Bring your own FIT4MOM resistance and mini bands. Email cassieclark@fit4mom.com if you need to purchase ahead of time.
  • In event of rain, in-person classes are canceled and drop-in passes will not be charged.
For Class at Woods Charter:
(a) park in the south lot between the building and soccer field;
(b) walk behind the school and enter the gym through the rear double doors, one of which will be slightly propped open;
