Targeting every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar, this class will leave you stronger, increase your metabolism and improve your athleticism. Fit4Baby® prenatal fitness classes are designed specifically for pregnant moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin classes at any point during your pregnancy as the prenatal workouts are designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training. Each class ends with a relaxing meditation. Enjoy some moments of peaceful meditation at the end of class, allowing you special time to connect with your baby. Expecting mothers are able to connect during classes while preparing for labor, delivery, and meeting their little one.

Mommy & Me Stroller Strides® Workout Class

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun!

A unique blend of barre, pilates, yoga, and ballet combined with all the things you love about Stroller Strides! The country's only stroller-based barre class!

FIT4MOM 360: Conditioning & Agility 1 visit freeFrom $15 per visit with 10 Class Pass pass

Get your quick feet moving with a NEW class designed to increase your endurance while developing your speed, agility, and quickness. Training your body to perform with precision between aerobic steady-state and breathlessness is hard to do, but you'll master it in this class. This 60-minute workout is the perfect cardio-based cross-training complement to Run Club, Body Back, or Stroller Strides / Barre. Bodyweight conditioning is performed between cardio sets for strength and stamina. You'll find yourself stronger, fitter, and faster the more you attend! This class is great for any woman looking to add a cardio and conditioning workout to her schedule.

This class is held outdoors and moves indoors in the event of inclement weather. Please wear reflective gear when exercising in the dark. Children can attend this mom-focused workout, but must be securely strapped into their stroller.

HIIT Workouts

Women's Body Back® Fitness Program (8 Weeks)

If you are ready to get serious about seeing results, sign up for this fitness program. Your goals could include weight loss, toning, self-care, mindfulness, healthy eating, nutritional or lifestyle changes. Your coach will help you care for your mind, body, and spirit as you improve your overall health and well-being. Your 8-week program includes two high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts a week that are designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. HIIT workouts are proven to burn more calories and increase your metabolic rate. This fitness program also includes nutritional coaching, supplemental online workouts, accountability, support, before and after comparisons. Change is 70% nutrition and 30% exercise. We'll teach you how to fuel your body best for you. This journey will connect you with your inner strength and encourage you to discover your true potential.

High Intensity Interval Training Body Back Boost®

Body Back® is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. HIIT workouts are a form of interval training alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Not suitable during pregnancy.

Running

Women's Run Club

Our women's Run Club in Chapel Hill and Carrboro is open to ALL running levels, from beginner to advanced. No running experience required! Whether you want to learn how to run, train for a race, run farther, run faster, simply run for fun, we have options for you! Meet new running buddies as you improve your health and fitness. Routes are stroller friendly if you want or need to bring your kiddo along for the ride. Our running coaches will help you improve your health and fitness, and connect with other women runners. Our coaches plan two route options for you to choose from and upload them to our shared FIT4MOM Chapel Hill group on the free app "RunGo". Look for our big RUN CLUB flag to find our group. We were all at our first run once, and we are ready to greet you and help you feel welcome!

Free Weekly Playgroup Free

Our goal is to provide meaningful experiences for both mom and child(ren). We facilitate uplifting supportive conversation for mom and developmental activities for children that emphasize wonder, discover and creativity. Playgroups are thoughtfully planned and led by our Playgroup Captains with backgrounds in education.

Monthly Mom's Night Out

Join your FIT4MOM friends for monthly Mom's Night Out or Mom's Morning Out events! We've done painting, stand-up paddle boarding, make up lessons, ceramics, comedy shows, dinner / drinks, recipe shares, spin classes, and so much more! Events vary each month and are open to ALL! Costs vary from free to event prices; see individual events for details.
